Some of ya's on here say you would love the winter with snow/cold, but remember, THIS is what a few of us are dealing with right now. (windchills into the -50's) It did warm up to -25 during the day though.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Yeah, I've seen that before. Worked in Bangor, MN from January to April some years ago. Near the end of that frigid experience when the temps made it into the 30's we were walking around in short sleeves. People down here don't believe me when I tell them that the vinyl on the seats of my truck would crack when sat on.

+ 6C here. Some of us from the camera club were out yesterday taking photos in the park. Flowers are starting and the first cherry blossoms are out as well. Have a great day!

P.S. Had to go to Calgary for a couple of weeks at Christmas. Being from there, the -27C was easy to deal with, but, the huge bonus was actually seeing the SUN in big open blue skies. People here don't think there actually is such a thing.

Yowzers! Glad I'm here in Halifax though -16C (-27 with the wind chill) is still relatively cold.... looking forward to spring already!

It's warmed up to 37F in the last few days, but is dropping again. Though our lows didn't get below about -1, I will say that the day Mike had the furnace replaced, it didn't matter that it wasn't as cold as where all of you are.
