    I'd probably go with the BW but I'd work the tones a bit more.

    I almost always lean towards colour as I prefer to see things the way my eyes see it or at least how I imagine the way my eyes see it

    In this case it's kind of a toss up though as there just isn't a lot of colour. Maybe if it there was a tad bit more contrast and or saturation? Or as Marko says, work the tones a bit more. I think it will work either way and it is really up to you at that point.
