    Default Sunset in the yard

Here is something I got together last night. Since it was impossible to get the trucks exposed and the sky exposed at the same time, I just took a couple extra pictures and then merged the properly exposed parts together. Not really sure if its considered HDR. Just used cloning to do it. The trucks were one shot, and then the sky was another. Used a tripod without moving the camera. It will make it into the calender.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

Not exactly HDR but same result. I use a similar technique but I use layers and masks to achieve it ... like in the email I sent you. Did you get that?

That looks like a cool picture for the calendar

You need to set the white point a bit better though mate ... the snow shouldn't look blue should it?

Yeah I got it. Ive been kind of busy going through the new images the past couple days. Been getting kind of fried out on this stuff to be honest. Exactly why I wanted to keep it as a hobby instead of a business. I realized the wrong image was posted after the fact. Good eye though! Thanks, for the look.

Sunsets are always a good thing! I like the of the graphic line of the tts and the soft line of the trees and the glow of the sunset.
