Whack an Orange

This is a discussion on Whack an Orange within the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) forums, part of the Photography & Fine art photography category; Probably my favourite concretion at Red Rock Coulee...I love how the combination of freezing and thawing made this one split ...

    Probably my favourite concretion at Red Rock Coulee...I love how the combination of freezing and thawing made this one split like the chocolate oranges you get at Christmas.

    I can surely see the chocolate orange also. Def well seen, and nicely composed Casil. Foreground, mid, and background all excellent balance, along with a wonderful sky.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
