    Default Lion's Head

Well, one shot is from Lion's Head and the other from the Chi-Cheemaun ferry, which will be first.

The SE sky made for a bit of a dramatic backdrop to the bright colours of the ship itself (and some of its components), which is what caught my eye on this one.

    Now from Lion's Head:

Now, despite what I have in my Profile, I wouldn't mind some criticism on this one. To me, I think the table weights the image too far left and I should have shot aiming a bit more left for better balance. That said though, I'm not totally convinced that it's a problem here as the table doesn't (to me) carry a whole lot of weight because of its light colour. So, what do you guys/girls think?

    Thanks.

PS - I found the key to posting slightly larger images is to Deselect the checkbox that says to reference files locally when filling in the URL of the image, if that makes any sense. Otherwise I get the "file too large" error message every time. FWIW.

Love shot 2. backlight on the leaves is awesome.
Table's position is not a major distraction for me. To lessen its impact you could always dodge it a bit if you want to give it less weight.

    Hope that may help

Shot 2 is a great exposure. The story for me is about: there's this table near the tree, the light is beautiful and the sun is strong. It would be pleasant to be there, although one may prefer the shade. I like the shadows a lot here, as they fall in parallel lines.

Many thanks for the comments Gentlemen - much appreciated. On the table, I'm thinking I'll leave it as is given the comments on it. I do appreciate the input on that.

    Thanks again

I have no problem with the position of the table.
