Default This is a lens test

OK it's actually a test of my new panoramic head and PTgui HDR. I have done nothing to this but resize and crop, the HDR was done in blend mode. The middle of the pano is pretty well direct into the sun.

I checked out the full res version and it looks great.

I like the idea of the rig for panoramas. How accurate have you worked out the rotation point. I have heard of others having adjustments so they can change it depending on lens and body. I think?

I have a series of indexing stops that can basically go from 2 to 144 points per rotation. So yes I can set it for the different field of view each focal length will give me. I'm also looking to make one with stepper motors on it so it will do it automatically. It will be too heavy for packing but you can then put it on the end of a pole and shoot from an entirely different view point.
