Thanks everyone! I really enjoyed working at this shot, and I'm happy with it. I was thinking of having it enlarged and framed for my mom (since it's from her garden). I wonder if enlarging it would cause any distortion or anything/

Thats very good. I know, how you lost the track ;-). You are concentrating and working, viewing and working again and finally ... you can't remember how it was done.

This angle and the colours are working here very fine for me.

How many megapixels is your camera Shelley? And how much did you crop this photo?

If you haven't crop it much and your camera is above say 8mp then you should be able to blow it up to an A4 (Letter) size easily without quality loss. Above that then as long as it's viewed from a meter or two you should be able to go double that or more.

My camera (Pentax K200D) has 10.2 megapixels. As for the cropping, I don't believe I did any. I just compared it with the original, and it matches up all around.

You're laughing then Shelley! I got a photo of the same quality blown up to 20 x 30 inches without issue.

Sure, as long as you can find a frame for it Kat. Around here that size is not easy to frame.
