It was a nice change lately. I put my camera down some months ago to get fit again so I usually ride my bikes instead of walk lately. I rode 30k's on the MTB yesterday and the day before and will do a 70 k road ride Sat morning and a tough 40 k MTB ride Sunday morning which includes a 8 km climb at gradients of 20+ degrees in places. Getting fit and strong but still too fat to be fast yet.

I need to fit in some walks though ... with the camera.
