    Default Pancakes anyone?

    Here is a little Pancake Ice off a 150 cliff on Grand Island Lake Superior. The ice is formed when chunck's rub against each other in the waves.

    I took a photo when I was down in Woy Woy near Sydney earlier this year of similar looking formations ... but these were salt not ice. These ice ones look very cool.



    Youyr ice ones are much more interesting though

    This is a cool view and a nice shot but I'm SO with bambi on this...

    As long as there is a safe way down...I'd try to get much closer for some close-ups.

    maybe if we attached Jchurill to a harness and winched him down.......
