    I used to have a friend in Germany (in Bavaria to be precise) who used to plant these so they would bloom each spring. She planted them in the lawn ... not in gardens! Then she'd happilly mow around them because they made her happy. Weird ... but cool!

    The backlighting in shot 2 and sidelighting in shot 3 is very nice!

    That must have been a while back...Monsanto now makes a fertilizer called "Crocus Up" Using this the plants can repel lawnmower blades!

    Is it common for Crocus' to be planted in lawn instead of garden beds?
