    wow. what a place that is. Were you perched on the edge of a cliff to get those? they really have a feeling of wind, cold and isolation.

    Thank you much for attention casil403, Bambi and Mad Aussie.
    Yes this is a scene of last sunday in a valley (val Varaita) of sea Alps (s/w of the Alps).
    The problem (but also the interest of the image) was the wind, and the wind pushing snow on me and my camera.
    I was not so near to those (not so high, about 2800-3000 mt) highs, but a 135mm. lens was sufficient. probably also better a 150 or 180. I know and I adore that 180 f. 3.4 Apo-Telyt Leica made in "your" Canada: unbelievable quality, but good also this less expensive leica Elmarit 135 f. 2.8.
