    Default Playa Samara, Costa Rica

I wish I had taken a ND filter with me on this trip. It was soo bright that a small aperture and high shutter speed where the only way to get anything during the day.

This was taken just a couple weeks after getting my first DSLR (I shot an old pentax slr years ago but had to abstain for a while) so I would kill to go back with better equipment now and the experience I've gained.

I feel the same way about locations I've been to in the past as well.

It's still beautiful though . I can totally see myself to the far left with a book, a camera and a drink.

I hear you. I'd like to go back to almost everywhere I've been and re-shoot. I'm beginning to realize I may never stop feeling that way

    Nice shot.

Very nice shot even without a ND filter. You are new so ND filters are only the start of a wish list.
