    Default I like blue

Had to learn about depth of field. So I shot a crocus - here are two settings ... first is F32 @ 1/2sec exposure, second is F5.6 @ 1/50sec exposure; personally, I like the second one better. What do you think?

Matt, they are both amazing. I like the first one because of the light on the tips and the bubbles (dew?).

Thanks a bunch. Actually, this is the remains of snow that had melted on them.

Wow Matt...seeing these makes me like blue too. I am a bit more partial to the second one as it is a bit more abstract looking with the shallow DOF. Nicer Bokeh as well.

Thanks, Casil. Your work inspires me. By the way, I love my Sigma 150mm macro ... can you tell?

Like them both for different reasons.
First has lovely sharp detail, and the second has the interesting DOF.
    Excellent images on both.
(Only critique would be the blown out highlights at end of couple petals. My eye keeps jumping to the upper one)
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
