    Default A Little Winter Colour

    A few pics of our local birds that come in to the feeders.

    Male Pine Grosbeak close-up.



    Female Pine Grosbeak.



    Male Evening Grosbeak.



    Little common Redpoll. I know, not much colour, but the scarlet patch on head.



    Not the best shot, but shows the colour.

    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    Cool set HBG. Nice to see some colour (for you the stark whiteness of the snow), and for me in the Greater Toronto Area the drab winter without snow.

    Yes,we have no lack of snow here. Usually snows at least three days of each week. Have between 3-4 ft. on the level now.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
