Certainly looks like a cool spot with plenty of shots waiting to be taken.
Definitely take the tripod along for those long exposures if you want the silky water. If you are restricted on shutter speed even after shooting on your lowest ISO and highest F-stop then look for somewhere where the water is moving more quickly.

Don't do what I did last time I was a location like this and only saw the scenes and not the individual beauty.
