    They both work;

    The first one has wonderful light I like all the acorns on the ground

    The second one looks like a stylized illustration

    If I had to pick I prefer the first one.

    I love them both for different reasons. Number two looks like it belongs in a scene from Lord of the Rings. Number one is just a great natural photo!
