    Default Little falls

So I went to a local conservation area yesterday morning and spent like 5 hours taking pictures. It was peaceful and I'm still processing most of them. This little brook runs through the whole area and becomes really dramatic and interesting as it winds its way through the forest. The light was tricky and I'm definitely going to hit it again with overcast light which is more manageable, but here's a start -

The agitation of the water created some unique ice formations - a little flotilla of rafts that bobbed on the surface. I've seen them before, but not in such profusion.

This last shot has a touch of sun breaking in on it and changes the tone -

    Anyway...that's it for now.

I like the top one, just seems to work and third would make a cool abstract, look cool printed and that would give it more depth.

What a cool little spot! Those ice formations are indeed very interesting.

thanks guys. I went back today, but had to scoot due to rain. Still, I've got a ton of photos and will probably go back to finish what I couldn't get to on another overcast day.
