    I would not try to capture a wild baby duckling to do the M.A. test on it but should you encounter a baby bird and for some reason need to touch it (as in it fell out of its nest or something like that) it is not likely the parents will reject it unless you do something that also freaks out the parents. But birds have very bad senses of smell and would not reject a baby because it has human scent on it.
